General provisions
These Terms govern the relationship between Cyber Donate, operated by sole proprietor ILXOMOV SHAXRIZOD FAXRIDDIN O'G'LI (Republic of Uzbekistan), and users of cyber-donate.net, the Telegram Mini App and the Cyber Donate Telegram bot.
By using the service, placing an order or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Access and accounts
You must have the legal capacity required to use the service or act with a legal representative's consent where required by law.
- Sign-in may be provided through Telegram, password, Google or another available method.
- You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity performed through your account.
- Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Catalogue and orders
Cyber Donate provides digital products and services, including game top-ups, Telegram products, subscriptions and other catalogue items. Availability, price, currency, region and estimated delivery time are displayed before confirmation.
You must verify the product, game ID, server, region, Telegram recipient and other details. Once an order has been submitted to a supplier using the details you provided, cancellation or redirection may no longer be possible.
Prices and payment
The final amount is shown before payment. Currency conversion uses the service rate applicable when the payment session is created. Any applicable fee is disclosed before confirmation.
- Payment may only be made using the methods offered at checkout.
- Payment is treated as received after confirmation by the payment provider or an administrator.
- Cyber Donate never asks for a card PIN, CVV or full banking-app password.
Order fulfillment
Fulfillment begins after payment confirmation and may be automatic through a supplier API or manual. Status is available in the account and may also be sent through Telegram.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Maintenance and restrictions imposed by games, payment systems or suppliers may affect them. If delayed, contact support with the order number.
Cancellation and refunds
Requests are reviewed according to the order status, the nature of the digital product, whether it has been submitted to the supplier, and applicable Uzbekistan law. The detailed process is set out in the Refund Policy.
If fulfillment is impossible due to Cyber Donate or its supplier, the service will offer another attempt, a suitable replacement or a refund. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply.
User duties and prohibited conduct
You must provide accurate information, use lawful payment instruments and respect third-party rights.
- Fraud, chargebacks after delivery, unauthorized payment details and money laundering are prohibited.
- Automated attacks, restriction bypasses and interference with the website, API, bot or payment callbacks are prohibited.
- Where risk is detected, the service may temporarily hold an order or access and request information needed to verify payment.
Third-party platforms
Cyber Donate works with banks, Click, other payment organizations, game platforms and digital-product suppliers. Their websites, applications and services may be governed by their own terms.
Cyber Donate does not control independent platforms, but takes reasonable measures when selecting suppliers and assisting with a verified order issue.
Intellectual property
Cyber Donate's design, software, text and brand elements are protected by applicable law. Game, Telegram, bank and payment-system trademarks belong to their owners; reference to them does not imply ownership by Cyber Donate.
Liability and force majeure
Cyber Donate is responsible for its obligations to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including failures of external infrastructure or platforms, government action, natural disasters, network outages and other force-majeure events.
Changes and termination
Cyber Donate may update these Terms when the service, payment methods or law changes. The new version is published here with an updated date and applies after it takes effect. Material changes may also be announced in the interface or Telegram.
Governing law and contact
The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan apply. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through support; unresolved disputes are handled under applicable law.
